Central Texas Masters Wrestling is excited to host its 5th Annual Clinic on September 19th, and this year is bigger and better than ever!
Here's what you can expect:
Freestyle wrestling instruction: Hone your takedowns, throws, and escapes with our experienced coaches.
Special guest instructors: Come learn from the amazing Randy Bryant and World Champion Brian Jones!
Social event: Mingle with other participants and enjoy a closing Dinner/drinks.
Schedule:
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Session 1
12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Catered Lunch Break/Open Mat
1:30PM - 3:30 PM: Session 2
4:30PM: Closing Dinner and Drinks (TBD)

Coaches:

Brian Jones
UWW Champion and World Medalist, will lead upperweights for this clinic. A powerhouse on the international stage, Brian’s competitive resume features multiple national titles alongside countless national placements. Beyond his elite accolades, he is widely regarded as one of the most giving and approachable leaders in the wrestling community.

Randy Bryant
Head Coach of Heart and Pride Wrestling, will lead light and middleweights at this clinic. A Chicago native and former IHSA state qualifier, Coach Bryant has over 19 years of experience as an educator and coach. He’s led championship teams in both football and wrestling, including three district titles at Austin LBJ High School. Now an assistant principal in Austin ISD, he continues to grow the sport through Heart and Pride Wrestling Club.

Joe Rozek
Head coach of Texas Masters Wrestling, will lead warm-ups and coach beginners at the clinic. Joe began wrestling in his 30s and founded Texas Masters to create a fun, inclusive space for adults of all shapes and sizes to learn and compete. In just four years, the team has earned medals at the Sin City Classic, Capital Cup, Gay Games, Rise Lions Den, and more.
